About our service
Based in Ashford, Kent, we supply lightly used, premium hearing aids at 15-20% of their original retail price. With over 20 years of trusted experience, our mission is to make crystal-clear hearing genuinely affordable without compromising on quality.
Two decades of reliable customer service
For 20 years, we built a spotless track record on eBay, helping thousands of customers save a fortune on high-grade hearing devices. Many returned time and again for second or third pairs. When policy changes stopped independent hearing aid listings on marketplace platforms, we established our own dedicated website to keep providing affordable hearing care directly to those who need it most.
"I saved thousands compared to high-street clinic quotes. The hearing aids arrived in immaculate condition, and getting them programmed locally was simple. Fantastic service."
