Why are your prices so low?

We source hearing aids that have had only very light use and price them at approximately 15% - 20% of their original high street retail cost, cutting out exorbitant retail margins. Most of our aids are ex-audiologist stock which have been offered to clients on a trial period and then returned. They have therefore only had a few days/weeks' use. 

How do you ensure cleanliness and hygiene?

Every device goes through a rigorous multi-stage sanitisation and ultrasonic cleaning process, along with replacement of consumable parts like wax guards and ear tips, ensuring clinical hygiene standards.

Have these devices been tested for functionality?

Yes. Each unit undergoes comprehensive audio diagnostics, microphone checks, volume controls, and battery or charging performance checks to ensure full working order.
